Tax Consultant – AI‑Driven Financial Solutions (Hybrid, London)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Tax Consultant to support AI‑driven financial and tax solutions. The role combines deep tax expertise with collaboration alongside engineering teams to build robust financial taxonomies and ensure AI model compliance with tax legislation.

Key responsibilities

• Design annotation guidelines and advise engineering teams on financial data taxonomies.
• Provide expertise in financial accounting and tax‑related tools.
• Identify edge cases, anomalies, potential bias, and hallucinations in AI training data.
• Bridge the gap between technical teams and tax legislation requirements.

Required profile

• CPA, CA, CPB or equivalent professional designation.
• 5–8 years of practical experience in tax accounting.
• Strong understanding of tax filing and tax return preparation.
• Knowledge of debit and credit concepts and business finance.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Critical thinking and an audit‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage deliverables effectively.
