About the role

We are partnering with a well‑established accountancy practice in Northwest London to find an experienced Tax Director. This senior leader will shape the firm’s tax offering, guide client relationships and drive strategic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the tax function, ensuring high‑quality service delivery.
• Provide expert tax advice to a portfolio of private clients and businesses.
• Manage complex tax planning and advisory projects.

Required profile

• Significant experience in tax advisory roles within an accountancy practice.
• Strong technical knowledge across a range of tax areas.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver tailored advice.
• Leadership experience with a track record of mentoring teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, commercially focused and strategic in business development.
