Tax Manager - Global Mobility Services

About the role
KPMG is seeking a Tax Manager to join its Global Mobility Services (GMS) team in Reading (or Bristol). You will work with a diverse portfolio of multinational clients, advising on cross‑border, remote and virtual assignment tax matters while supporting the growth of the GMS practice.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a wide variety of client engagements and lead the delivery team.
- Maintain and develop strong client relationships, acting as the day‑to‑day contact.
- Take ownership of project finances, billing and profitability.
- Provide up‑to‑date information on GMS developments and advise clients on related tax issues.
- Deliver project management for advisory assignments across companies of all sizes, including high‑profile household‑name clients.
Required profile
- Self‑starter with an outward‑facing, confident communication style.
- Willingness to invest time and energy in building market presence.
- Readiness to assume early managerial responsibilities and work closely with partners and directors.
