Tax Manager

About the role

The Tax Manager will support the Group Tax Manager in delivering tax strategies across the UK and international operations. This senior finance professional will help mitigate global tax risks, ensure efficient tax management, and contribute to the organisation's growth and transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical and advisory support across all direct tax disciplines, collaborating with the wider tax team.
• Support global tax reporting and forecasting as part of the financial reporting process.
• Work with finance partners, transfer pricing manager and regional finance teams to implement compliant transfer‑pricing arrangements.
• Assist on country‑specific tax and status regularisation projects, reviewing and challenging advice from local tax advisers.
• Liaise with external advisers, legal, finance systems, treasury and governance specialists on taxation aspects of new projects.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of tax matters in large international organisations with multiple product/service channels.
• Experience coordinating tax best practice across regions and countries.
• Commercially minded, innovative and able to analyse complex financial and tax information.
• Ability to work in a changing environment and support continuous service improvement.
