Tax Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join our growing national accountancy practice in Fleetwood. The role involves managing a varied client portfolio and delivering high‑quality personal tax advice within a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of high‑net‑worth individuals, entrepreneurs and professionals.
• Review tax compliance work, provide technical guidance and mentor junior team members.
• Deliver proactive advice on personal tax matters including Capital Gains Tax, Inheritance Tax and residency planning.
• Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for additional advisory services.

Required profile

• ATT qualification minimum; CTA qualification (or equivalent experience) desirable.
• Strong background in personal tax compliance and advisory work.
• Proven experience managing client portfolios and reviewing the work of others.
• Proactive communicator with a focus on long‑term client relationships and team development.
