Tax Manager – Transactions

About the role

Our client, a pan‑European real estate business, is seeking a Transactions‑focused Tax Manager to join the London team. Reporting to the Group Tax Director, you will work closely with Investment, Asset Management, Finance and Legal colleagues, providing tax expertise across the full lifecycle of UK and European property portfolios.

Key responsibilities

• Lead tax aspects of acquisitions, disposals, structuring and exit‑readiness initiatives.
• Support operational and lifecycle tax issues and ensure robust tax governance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate tax considerations into deal execution.
• Monitor and advise on pan‑European tax exposure and compliance.

Required profile

• ACA/CTA qualified (or equivalent) with 7‑8 years of total experience.
• Strong background in transactional tax and structuring.
• Experience with UK REIT tax regimes preferred.
• Exposure to indirect tax is advantageous.
