Tax Senior

About the role

Kennedys is seeking a Tax Senior to join its in‑house tax team, supporting the firm across the UK and internationally. You will work closely with external advisors, tax authorities and internal finance teams to ensure high‑quality tax compliance and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and file UK and international tax compliance obligations, including income and corporation tax computations, VAT, tax relief claims and tax payments.
• Liaise with tax authorities on partner and entity tax matters.
• Coordinate with offshore finance teams and external accountants for UK and international tax compliance.
• Maintain an accurate compliance calendar by reviewing annual tax and statutory deadlines with advisors.
• Assist in calculating tax payments and requesting certificates of tax residence for withholding tax compliance.

Required profile

• Experience preparing personal, corporate and partnership tax returns.
• Qualified CTA/ATT/ACA/ACCA or studying towards one of these qualifications.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage own workload independently.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
