Taxation Solicitor – Remote Consultant Partner

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Taxation Solicitor to join Kingsley Wood as a Consultant Partner. Working fully remotely, you will lead complex tax matters, manage client relationships and drive business development within a supportive, technology‑enabled environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on a broad range of complex taxation law issues.
• Draft high‑quality legal documents and represent clients in advocacy matters.
• Generate new work through existing contacts and proactive business‑development initiatives.
• Maintain and grow your own client portfolio while adhering to the firm’s compliance and operational standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in taxation law.
• Strong technical drafting and advocacy abilities.
• Demonstrated capability to generate work and develop a client base.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, ambitious and motivated to expand your practice.
• Comfortable working in a flexible, modern remote environment.
