Teacher of Girls PE – Haringey, North London

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Teacher of Girls Physical Education to join a high‑performing, Ofsted‑outstanding 11‑18 mixed comprehensive school in Haringey, North London. You will inspire a love of sport among female students and help raise participation and achievement across the PE curriculum.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, high‑quality PE lessons for girls across all year groups.
• Promote inclusive sport participation and support the development of girls’ sports teams.
• Collaborate with the wider PE department to maintain excellent use of on‑site facilities.
• Contribute to continuous professional development (CPD) initiatives and school‑wide sport events.

Required profile

• Proven experience teaching PE to girls in a secondary or sixth‑form setting.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver consistently outstanding lessons.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and willing to go the extra mile for students and sport programmes.
