Teaching Assistant – Daily Supply (Sept 2026)

About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work on a daily supply basis across primary schools in Haringey from September 2026. This flexible position offers the chance to support pupils in EYFS, KS1 and KS2 while gaining varied classroom experience.
Key responsibilities
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons across multiple year groups.
- Work with small groups and individual pupils, providing targeted support.
- Support children with SEND where required.
- Help maintain a positive and well‑managed classroom environment.
Required profile
- Graduates, aspiring teachers or experienced Teaching Assistants.
- Strong interest in education, child development or educational psychology.
- Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
Required skills
- Effective communication with children and adults.
- Basic understanding of EYFS, KS1 and KS2 curricula.
