About the role
Supply Staff Limited is partnering with secondary schools across Hertfordshire to provide enthusiastic and reliable teaching assistants. This full‑time, long‑term position offers the chance to work day‑to‑day in a vibrant school environment, supporting teachers and students alike.
Key responsibilities
- Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management.
- Provide one‑to‑one or small‑group support for pupils needing extra help.
- Help set up and organise classroom activities and resources.
- Offer feedback on student progress to teachers and senior staff.
- Support behaviour management strategies as required.
Required profile
- Passion for education and helping young people succeed.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Flexibility to support across a range of subjects.
- Previous teaching assistant experience is preferred but not essential.
