Teaching Assistant – Full‑time (Term Time)

About the role

OneSchool Global is looking for two enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join the Kenley Campus on a full‑time, term‑time only basis. You will work closely with class teachers to help pupils, especially those with additional needs, access the curriculum, build confidence and make meaningful progress.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small‑group support to reinforce learning objectives across subjects.
• Assist teachers in preparing resources, organising the classroom and managing behaviour.
• Promote independence, positive behaviour and active pupil engagement.
• Support SEND provision and contribute to an inclusive, structured learning environment.

Required profile

• Experience working with children in an educational or specialist support setting.
• Strong understanding of SEND and inclusive classroom practice.
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
• Commitment to safeguarding, pupil wellbeing and continuous professional development.
