About the role
We are looking for a passionate Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in Chertsey. The role starts as soon as possible and is full‑time, term‑time only, offering a rewarding environment where you can make a real difference to pupils' learning and wellbeing.
Key responsibilities
- Provide one‑to‑one and small‑group support to students in the classroom.
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging, inclusive lessons.
- Help pupils develop confidence, independence, and essential life skills.
- Support learners with additional educational needs where required.
- Promote positive behaviour and active engagement with learning.
- Build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.
- Contribute to a safe, supportive, and positive learning environment.
