About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant primary and secondary school in North London. The role is full‑time during term dates and focuses on supporting pupils with learning difficulties and behavioural needs.
Key responsibilities
- Assist pupils with special educational needs (SEN) in daily classroom activities.
- Support teachers and the SENCO in delivering tailored learning plans.
- Help manage classroom behaviour and create an inclusive environment.
- Provide one‑to‑one or small‑group support as required.
Required profile
- Some experience working with SEN or in a classroom setting.
- Eagerness to build a career in education.
- Friendly, dependable, and motivated to learn.
Required skills
- Basic understanding of SEN strategies.
- Ability to follow instructions from teaching staff.
