Teaching Assistant – Long‑Term Supply

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join our long‑term supply pool, supporting primary and secondary schools across Gloucestershire from September 2026. This flexible position allows you to deliver engaging lessons or provide classroom support on a day‑to‑day basis.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, curriculum‑aligned lessons or assist the class teacher as required.
• Provide day‑to‑day classroom support, including behaviour management and student supervision.
• Work across a variety of welcoming primary and secondary schools.
• Adapt quickly to different classroom environments and school policies.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher (QTS/QTLS) or experienced Teaching Assistant.
• Flexible, reliable, and proactive approach to short‑term and long‑term assignments.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• A genuine passion for education and student development.
