About the role
We are representing an outstanding primary school in Farnborough that is looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant. You will work closely with teachers to support pupils in accessing the curriculum and achieving their full potential in a friendly, term‑time environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide one‑to‑one and small‑group support to pupils within the classroom.
- Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management.
- Support pupils with additional learning needs, ensuring inclusive participation.
- Help create a positive and nurturing educational atmosphere for all children.
Required profile
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar support role.
- Patient, adaptable and passionate about children’s education.
- Relevant qualifications or experience working with SEN pupils is an advantage.
