About the role
This temporary, part‑time position supports a welcoming primary school in Poulton‑le‑Fylde during morning sessions, five days a week. It is ideal for candidates who enjoy fostering a positive learning environment for young pupils.
Key responsibilities
- Support pupils with their learning and classroom activities.
- Collaborate closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging lessons.
- Provide individual and small‑group assistance as required.
- Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
- Assist with classroom preparation and organisation.
Required profile
- Previous experience working with children in an educational setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable but not essential.
