Teaching Assistant – Primary School (Term‑time, Full‑time)

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant primary school in Enfield on a full‑time, term‑time basis. You will work closely with class teachers to support pupils across the primary age range, helping them achieve their academic and social potential.

Key responsibilities

• Assist teachers with daily classroom activities and lesson delivery.
• Support small groups and individual pupils, especially those with additional needs.
• Prepare and organise learning resources and materials.
• Promote positive behaviour and provide guidance throughout the school day.
• Collaborate with senior staff to maintain an inclusive and engaging learning environment.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic and dedicated to supporting children’s development.
• Committed to working the full term‑time schedule (8:45 am – 3:45 pm).
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic classroom setting.
