About the role
A vibrant primary school in Tower Hamlets is seeking an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join its team immediately. The role focuses on supporting pupils who need extra help to access learning and build confidence across a year group.
Key responsibilities
- Support pupils during lessons and independent learning activities.
- Deliver small‑group interventions in literacy and numeracy.
- Help pupils develop confidence and resilience.
- Work closely with teachers to monitor progress.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Required profile
- Experience working with primary‑aged children.
- Confidence supporting learning in small groups.
- Ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff.
- Proactive, organised and adaptable attitude.
- Genuine interest in education and child development.
