Teaching Assistant – Primary School (Warrington)

About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Warrington. You will work alongside experienced teachers to support pupils across the primary age range and help them achieve their full potential.
Key responsibilities
- Support teaching and learning across the classroom
- Deliver small‑group interventions
- Encourage pupils to build confidence and independence
- Assist with classroom preparation and daily routines
- Provide feedback to teachers on pupil progress
Required profile
- Previous experience within a primary school or similar setting
- Excellent communication skills
- A positive and flexible approach
- A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning
