About the role
Reed Education is seeking Teaching Assistants to support Inspire Partnership primary schools across Croydon. You will work alongside teachers to enhance classroom learning and provide targeted support to small groups of pupils.
Key responsibilities
- Provide general classroom assistance to teachers.
- Deliver small‑group interventions to reinforce learning.
- Support both full‑time and part‑time schedules as required.
Required profile
- Previous experience working with children in a school setting.
- Positive, proactive attitude towards supporting learners.
