About the role
Reeson Education is seeking a Level 3 qualified Teaching Assistant to join a warm, inclusive primary SEN provision in the M19 area. The role supports pupils across KS1 and KS2 with SEMH, ASD and complex needs, helping them overcome barriers to learning.
Key responsibilities
- Support pupils across KS1 and KS2 with SEMH, ASD, and complex needs.
- Work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to deliver structured interventions and individual plans.
Required profile
- Level 3 qualified Teaching Assistant (or equivalent).
- Team Teach or similar restraint training.
- Confidence supporting children with emotional regulation, communication, and social skills.
