About the role
We are partnering with a vibrant secondary school in Twickenham to hire a Teaching Assistant on a term‑time only basis. The role is ideal for recent psychology graduates or anyone considering a career in education, offering hands‑on experience supporting students in Years 7‑11.
Key responsibilities
- Support pupils across KS3 and KS4 in accessing the curriculum.
- Work closely with teachers to deliver targeted interventions.
- Provide one‑to‑one and small‑group assistance as needed.
- Help students build confidence, independence and resilience.
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment.
Required profile
- Previous experience working with young people in an educational setting.
- A passion for supporting students with diverse needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
