About the role
We are seeking a motivated Teaching Assistant to support secondary school students in Reading. You will work closely with teachers to create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
Key responsibilities
- Work alongside teachers to support students' learning and development.
- Assist with classroom tasks and lesson preparation.
- Encourage students to stay engaged and focused during lessons.
- Support effective classroom management.
- Help create a safe, productive, and inclusive learning environment.
Required profile
- Proactive, supportive, and enthusiastic about helping students succeed.
- Motivated and eager to contribute to a positive classroom atmosphere.
- Ability to work with students across KS3 and KS4.
