About the role
Join a supportive SEN school in Hillingdon as a Teaching Assistant. You will work closely with students who have additional needs, providing one‑to‑one support and helping create an inclusive learning environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist teachers in delivering lessons and adapting materials for diverse learners.
- Provide individualized support to students during classroom activities and transitions.
- Monitor student progress and report observations to senior staff.
- Collaborate with special‑education professionals to implement tailored learning plans.
- Maintain a safe and nurturing classroom atmosphere.
Required profile
