About the role
We are seeking a compassionate Teaching Assistant to join a SEN school in Hillingdon. The role offers a supportive environment where you will help children with additional needs achieve their academic and personal goals.
Key responsibilities
- Provide one‑to‑one and small‑group support to students with special educational needs.
- Assist the classroom teacher in delivering inclusive lessons.
- Help create a safe and welcoming learning environment.

- Monitor student progress and report observations.
