About the role

Join a welcoming primary school in Chesham as a Primary Teaching Assistant and embark on a structured pathway to become a qualified teacher. The role starts in September 2026 and offers full‑time, long‑term employment while you work towards Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

Key responsibilities

• Support teachers across multiple year groups, assisting with lesson delivery and classroom management.
