Team Leader (8 hrs)

About the role

The Body Shop is looking for an enthusiastic Team Leader to join its store team in England. In this full‑time, 8‑hour position you will work closely with Store Management to drive retail excellence, boost sales, and deliver an engaging, purpose‑driven customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer concerns promptly, providing feedback to Store Management.
• Problem‑solve proactively using available resources.
• Support store layout, visual merchandising, inventory management, and other operational tasks.
• Coach Customer Consultants to enhance product knowledge, campaign participation, and brand advocacy.
• Help build customer loyalty and meet sales and performance targets.
• Identify high‑potential candidates, support training, and onboard new team members.

Required profile

• Experience in a customer‑facing role within beauty or retail.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Positive mindset with a willingness to develop continuously.
• Ability to multitask, manage time, and work flexible hours.
• Self‑starter capable of working independently with minimal direction.
