About the role

Join Costa Coffee as a Team Leader on a 12‑hour contract, bringing energy and confidence to each shift. You’ll support the team, ensure high‑quality coffee service, and enjoy flexible working patterns that suit the store’s needs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead smooth, efficient shifts in a busy Costa Coffee outlet.
• Train, coach and support new Baristas to deliver excellent coffee.
• Motivate and energise the team, fostering a positive work environment.
• Maintain high standards of service and coffee preparation.
• Use resourcefulness and adaptability to keep operations running smoothly.

Required profile

• Reliable role model with accountability and maturity.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Energetic, positive and confident when leading others.
• Adaptable, resourceful and calm under pressure.
• Experience as a team leader or readiness to step into the role.
• Good flexibility to work varied shift patterns.
