About the role
As a Team Leader (Barista Maestro) at Costa Coffee in Cheltenham, you will drive smooth, efficient shifts while delivering excellent coffee and service. You’ll support and motivate your team, ensuring a welcoming experience for every customer.

- Experience as a team leader or readiness to step into the role.
