About the role
Join KFC in Bishop Auckland as a Team Leader, where you will be on the restaurant floor guiding the crew, ensuring smooth operations and delivering a great guest experience. You will set the pace for the team, keep the environment upbeat, and help the restaurant meet its performance targets.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the team on shift, modelling the standards and pace required to achieve service goals.
- Coach, support and recognise team members to encourage development and high performance.
- Manage stock checks, shift planning and other back‑of‑house tasks to keep the restaurant running efficiently.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any issues promptly to ensure every guest leaves happy.
Required profile
- Proven experience in leading or supervising a team in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong people skills – able to motivate, communicate clearly and maintain a positive atmosphere.
- Calm under pressure, capable of making quick, sound decisions during busy periods.
