You'll be right there on the floor, leading the team, keeping things running smoothly, and ensuring every guest leaves happy. The role is about setting the pace, lifting the vibe, and making each shift count.
Key responsibilities
- Lead from the front – drive the restaurant to hit targets and exceed expectations.
- Coach and develop the crew – support, celebrate and help team members grow.
- Maintain smooth operations – perform stock checks, create shift plans and keep behind‑the‑scenes tasks on track.
