Team Leader – Bristol (30 hrs/week, Permanent)

About the role

As a Team Leader at Costa Coffee in Bristol you will drive the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient shifts while delivering excellent coffee and service. You’ll support your team with energy and confidence, adapting to the fast‑paced environment of a busy coffee shop.
