Team Leader – Can Making Operations

About the role
The Kraft Heinz Company is seeking a Team Leader for its Can Making Operations in Wigan. You will translate the "Heinz Way" into daily practice, driving operational excellence across three shifts while leading a team of production operators.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a team of Production Operators on the shop floor.
- Achieve production, safety and quality targets (KPIs) consistently.
- Implement rigorous process control and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
- Maintain product quality and regulatory compliance standards.
- Ensure flexible coverage across morning, late and night shifts.
Required profile
- Proven leadership experience in a dynamic manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams.
- Solid understanding of production KPIs and experience driving improvements.
- Flexible problem‑solving approach and willingness to challenge the status quo.
