Team Leader – Care Services

About the role

Voyage Care is seeking a dedicated Team Leader to oversee its nursing service in Farnham. You will work directly with a dynamic team to support individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs and challenging behaviours, helping them achieve greater independence.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Manager with day‑to‑day supervision and management of the service.
• Allocate shifts, book training and induct new colleagues.
• Conduct supervisions, appraisals and performance reviews.
• Develop, update and maintain care plans for service users.
• Order medication and ensure proper financial support for people we support.
• Provide leadership on the floor, maintaining high standards of care in the manager’s absence.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar Team Leader or supervisory role.
• Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care.
• Experience working with individuals who have autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds or challenging behaviours.
