Team Leader – Home Interior Retail (35 hrs/week)

About the role

Join the H&M Home Concept Store on Regent Street as a Team Leader, working 35 hours per week. You will play a key part in delivering an inspiring shopping experience and driving sales in a world‑class interior brand.

Key responsibilities

• Support the management team in daily store operations and lead Sales Advisors.
• Maintain focus on the customer experience and ensure high service standards.
• Identify and act on opportunities to increase sales using an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Handle product presentation, care, and flow from delivery to sales floor.
• Follow daily and weekly plans to meet sales targets and commercial priorities.
• Keep the sales floor and back‑of‑house areas clean, tidy, and well‑stocked.
• Execute cash‑desk and service‑desk routines to maximise sales and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Full availability to work Monday through Sunday, including early mornings and late evenings.
• Leadership attitude to act as a symbolic leader for the team.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and cost‑conscious approach to product care.
• Knowledge of product handling and sales activities.
