Team Leader

About the role

Bleckmann is looking for a proactive Team Leader to manage an assigned floor or area within our warehouse. You will oversee operational processes, people, and client relationships while ensuring a safe and high‑performing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage staff and workflow in a designated warehouse area
• Ensure safe working practices are followed at all times
• Support team development through coaching, feedback, and performance management
• Assist with disciplinary procedures and absence management in line with company policy
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support ad‑hoc projects
• Account for team performance against KPIs such as productivity, accuracy, and service levels

Required profile

• Leadership experience, preferably in logistics, retail or e‑commerce
• Proven experience managing teams
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems such as JDA
• Commitment to delivering accurate, high‑quality work and continuous improvement
• Respectful communication style that inspires team engagement
• Automation experience is highly desirable
