Team Leader

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Team Leader to join our Card Factory store in Lisnagelvin. In this role you will support the Store Manager, motivate the team and ensure every customer leaves with a smile. When the Store Manager is away you will take full responsibility for the smooth operation of the shop.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in daily store operations and commercial targets.
• Lead by example, delivering excellent customer service and promoting the Card Factory brand.
• Motivate, coach and develop team members, fostering an inclusive and positive environment.
• Monitor sales, stock levels and key performance indicators to drive results.
• Maintain store standards, health and safety compliance and visual merchandising.
• Step in to manage the store independently during the Store Manager’s absence.
