Team Leader

About the role

As a Team Leader at Greene King, you will oversee the daily operations of a busy pub, ensuring the shift runs smoothly and customers receive a memorable experience. You will support your team, maintain high standards, and act as a role model on the floor.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the shift, coordinating staff to deliver efficient service.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and legal compliance at the bar.
• Resolve any issues that arise during the shift, stepping in for management when needed.
• Ensure customers receive friendly, prompt, and high‑quality service.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering as required.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability to provide a heartfelt and memorable customer experience.
• Willingness to deputise for the management team and handle issues independently.
• Strong organisational skills to keep the shift running like clockwork.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe, legal, and clean bar environment.
