Team Leader – Luxury Fragrance Boutique

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Team Leader to launch our new Creed boutique on King Street, Manchester in September 2026. The role is full‑time (37.5 hours per week) and focuses on driving sales, coaching staff and delivering an exceptional luxury fragrance experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the boutique team to meet and exceed company KPIs and individual sales targets.
• Model best‑in‑class selling techniques and share best practices.
• Coach and develop team members, including seasonal staff, to improve product knowledge and service skills.
• Collaborate with the Boutique Manager and Assistant Boutique Manager on staffing, administration and promotional activities.
• Manage testers, samples and store hygiene standards.
• Analyse sales data, identify growth opportunities and report competitor insights.

Required profile

• Previous retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a team.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Creative problem‑solving attitude and a passion for luxury fragrances.
