Team Leader – Luxury Skincare

About the role

La Prairie is seeking a Team Leader for its Selfridges boutique in London. As a brand ambassador, you will lead a team of Beauty Advisors, delivering premium client experiences while driving sales performance and upholding the luxury standards of the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Lead by example to achieve personal sales targets and inspire the team.
• Support the Business Manager with planning, communication and follow‑up across the team.
• Combine beauty expertise with selling skills in the beauty room to meet KPIs.
• Identify and act on initiative opportunities, ensuring EPOS accuracy and compliance.
• Contribute to internal and external events, delivering strong returns.
• Complete all required administration accurately and on time.
• Act as Aurora CRM lead, cascade campaigns, coach advisors, monitor adoption and use insights for clienteling and event planning.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, keep the counter fully stocked and organized by category and shade.

Required profile

• NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (desired but not essential).
• Proven experience delivering high‑quality skincare treatments.
• Client‑focused with a dedication to providing a luxury experience.
• Polished, approachable and friendly communication style.
• Strong listening skills and ability to build relationships.
• Persuasion and negotiation abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Aurora CRM.
• Experience using EPOS systems for accurate customer records.
• Ability to plan and execute events.
• Visual merchandising and stock management.
• Sales KPI tracking and achievement.
