Team Leader - Molly Malones (St Andrews)

About the role

Greene King is hiring a part-time Team Leader for its Molly Malones pub in St Andrews. The role is permanent and pays up to £13.50 per hour for an 8-hour week. As Team Leader you lead by example, keeping the team supported so shifts run smoothly, maintaining high standards and keeping customers happy.

Key responsibilities

• Depute for the management team and resolve issues that arise in their absence.
• Organise and coordinate the team during busy shifts so everything runs like clockwork.
• Keep the bar safe, legal and clean, dealing with issues quickly and safely.
• Deliver a heartfelt and memorable experience for every customer.

Required profile

• A keen eye for detail, making sure every pint is poured to perfection.
• A role model for the team, showing great service and a warm welcome to every customer.
• The ability to think on your feet and adapt to challenges during a busy shift.
• A positive, team-player attitude.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
