Team Leader - Night Stock Flow

About the role

As a Night Stock Flow Team Leader at B&Q Stockton you will oversee the overnight stock replenishment process, ensuring shelves are stocked efficiently and safely for the next day’s customers. Working the 9 pm‑6 am shift, you will lead a team to manage product flow, maintain stock accuracy and support the store’s overall performance.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the night stock flow team to meet replenishment targets.
• Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards during night operations.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Communicate priorities and instructions clearly to team members.
• Utilise store technology and tools to track inventory movements.

Required profile

• Strong communicator with the ability to plan and organise in a fast‑paced environment.
• Analytical thinker who can simplify complex tasks.
• Experience leading or supervising a team, preferably in a retail or logistics setting.
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster that includes weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
