Team Leader – Plymouth

About the role

The Body Shop is looking for a motivated Team Leader to support store management in Plymouth. You will help drive sales and profit while delivering an exceptional customer experience and upholding the brand’s ethical values.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coach Customer Consultants, ensuring high standards of service.
• Act as the point of contact in the absence of store management, handling opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain store layout, inventory levels and audit documentation according to company guidelines.
• Monitor sales trends, meet performance targets and assist with recruitment.
• Promote and champion The Body Shop’s campaigns and sustainability initiatives.

• Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
• Strong sense of urgency and problem‑solving skills for customer concerns.
• Excellent communication and coaching abilities.
• Passion for ethical beauty and the brand’s values.
