Team Leader – Residential Care (Sonning Common)

About the role

Voyage Care is seeking a dedicated Team Leader to manage its residential service in Sonning Common. You will support a dynamic team delivering high‑quality care to individuals with complex needs, helping them achieve greater independence.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Manager with day‑to‑day supervision and service management.
• Allocate shifts, organise training, and induct new colleagues.
• Conduct supervision sessions, appraisals and develop care plans.
• Order medication and support residents in managing their finances.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar Team Leader or supervisory role within health and social care.
• Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care.
• Experience working with autism, acquired brain injury, mental health needs, or challenging behaviours.
• Ability to work weekends and flexible shifts.

Required skills

• Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification.
