Team Leader – Retail

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Team Leader to join our flagship store on Oxford Street and our Battersea Power Station location. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in both operational management and people development, acting as a brand ambassador and ensuring an exceptional client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations, set standards for behaviour, dress code and performance.
• Manage the coffee shop team, coordinate supplies with the in‑house barista and deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Balance sales targets with authentic service, using data to identify performance opportunities.
• Maintain deep product knowledge across the collection, including fit, fabric, function and trends.
• Oversee stock file management to ensure the right product is in the right place at the right time.
• Uphold visual merchandising guidelines and store standards.
• Collaborate with allocators, analyse size, colour and silhouette trends, and input client insights into the CRM system.
• Provide local lifestyle insights to enhance the client journey and report footfall metrics.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of retail team‑leading experience in a similar environment.
• Natural leadership with a proven record of managing high‑performing, motivated teams.
• Ability to challenge established thinking and champion new ideas.
• Fashion‑savvy, style‑conscious enthusiast with strong industry knowledge.
