Team Leader – Retail Operations

About the role
As a Team Leader at Costa Coffee you will drive the daily performance of a busy coffee shop, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer experiences. You will lead a small team, manage stock, and uphold health and safety standards while fostering a positive, energetic environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Manage stock ordering, inventory control, and merchandising displays.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
- Motivate and coach team members to deliver high‑quality service.
- Monitor sales performance and implement initiatives to exceed targets.
Required profile
- Proven experience leading a retail or hospitality team.
- Strong organisational and communication abilities.
- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
