Team Leader – Retail Operations

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Team Leader to join our Surbiton store. In this full‑time position you will inspire and guide a team of staff to deliver high‑quality products and exceptional customer service. You will be the positive role model who keeps the shop running smoothly each day.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a team of retail staff.
• Organise daily tasks and ensure the store meets health, safety and quality standards.
• Communicate clearly with team members to maximise performance.
• Monitor stock levels and support product presentation.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly.

• Passion for supporting and developing others.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to take charge and act as a positive role model.
• Flexibility to adapt to a fast‑moving retail environment.
