Team Leader – Retail Store (Night Shift)

About the role

As a Team Leader at ASDA you will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of your department on the night shift, ensuring smooth store flow and excellent customer service. You will act as a role model for colleagues, supporting them and stepping in to resolve any issues that arise.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of retail staff during night hours.
• Maintain high standards of store presentation, stock management and hygiene.
• Assist new starters, provide on‑the‑job training and guidance.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve problems promptly.
• Collaborate with the store manager to meet sales targets and operational KPIs.
