Team Leader – Retail Store (Tiptree)

About the role

As a Team Leader at ASDA in Tiptree, you will oversee the daily operations of your department, ensuring smooth service and high customer satisfaction. You will lead by example, supporting colleagues and stepping in to resolve issues on the shop floor.

Key responsibilities

• Manage stock levels and merchandising within the department.
• Support and train new starters, fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Address customer queries and resolve problems promptly.
• Work closely with the store manager to meet performance targets.
• Maintain health and safety standards and ensure compliance with store policies.
